How long do I get access to the Challenge?

During the Challenge, you will have two weeks of access to our private client only group coaching experience. This includes VIP Facebook group access and Challenge Replay Dashboard.

When are the live training sessions?

Every day of the Challenge we will be live on Zoom and in the private Facebook group. Live sessions will be at 11AM Central on weekdays and 3PM Central on Saturday and Sunday. Replays will be immediately available in the private Facebook group and posted by 5PM Central on your Challenge Dashboard.

What if I can't attend the live sessions? Will replays be available?

Yes! Not to worry, replays are immediately available in the private Facebook group and posted by 5PM Central each day on your Challenge Dashboard. Weekday Watch Parties will be at 8PM Central, as well.

What if I live outside of the U.S. or in a different time zone?

We go live each day of the Challenge. Weekdays at 11AM CDT (12PM EDT) and Weekends at 3PM CDT (4PM EDT). Replays are immediately available in the private Facebook group and posted by 5PM Central each day on your Challenge Dashboard. Weekday Watch Parties will be at 8PM Central, as well.

Do I need Facebook?

No! Facebook is a tool we use to foster a supportive community, but all materials will be delivered within Zoom webinars and your Challenge Dashboard.

Will there be meal plans or recipes?

We will cover how to design your plate and discuss sample recipes for accelerated fat loss and lifelong habits throughout the course. Particular meals will not be required to eat during the challenge. You can still eat all of your favorite foods, and you will have access to our full recipe pack with hundreds of delicious recipes to suit all eating styles and preferences.

Is this a 7-day fast?

No, we will be using different fasting intervals so you can master them and use them to reach your goals. This includes intervals as low as 16 hours and as high as 48 hours, so you'll have the confidence needed for lifelong success.

What should I be doing before the challenge begins?

The Challenge will have everything you need, whether you're a novice or an expert. After you register, you will gain access to our private group and pre-challenge work to start making progress and jump-starting your experience in the upcoming challenge!
